CRD HCU
PMT has reverse engineered and designed a replacement CRD HCU for BWR's. The replacement unit is a like-for-like replacement for the stainless steel HCU's provided by the OEM.
BUBBLE TIGHT DAMPER
PMT has provided bubble tight dampers to over 15 nuclear utilities. All bubble tight dampers are custom designed and built for the application including transition ductwork, seismic supports and actuators. System requirements are determined during a walkdown of the existing system and a replacement damper system is designed.
FIRE DAMPER
PMT has designed, tested and manufactures internal expansion fire dampers for all of your needs. PMT supplied dampers have the following features: Certified to close under airflow / Requires no external expansion clearance due to internal expansion design / Sizes are available for all applications / Qualified to UL 505 / Seismically qualified / Low pressure drop design / Available with many link style and location configurations.
FIRE DAMPER
PMT's SuperThrust actuator was specifically designed to replace the ITT/Barton Hydramotor as a like-for-like drop in replacement. PMT has designed the SuperThrust actuator to be low maintenance, with high reliability. Each unit comes with a five year warranty on parts. All components are externally mounted to facilitate field maintenance with no special tools. It can be mounted in any.
